Common use of Copy Never Clause in Contracts

Copy Never. Licensed Products shall be constructed such that Copy Never DT Data received via their Sink Functions may not, once decrypted, be stored except as a Transitory Image or as otherwise permitted in Section 2.1.1: 2.1.1 Copy Never DT Data may be retained (i.e., stored) for such period as is specified by the Retention State Field, solely for purposes of enabling the delayed display of such DT Data. Such retained DT Data shall be stored using a method set forth in Section 2.2. and shall be obliterated or otherwise rendered unusable upon expiration of such period.
