Copy of Sublicenses. Alnylam will provide Stanford in confidence a copy of all relevant portions of any sublicenses granted pursuant to this Article 13.

Copy of Sublicenses. BioTrove will submit to Stanford a copy of each sublicense, which shall be maintained as Confidential Information of BioTrove.
Copy of Sublicenses. GOOGLE will submit to STANFORD a copy of any Patent Sublicense granted pursuant to this Article 14.
Copy of Sublicenses. Licensee shall provide UGARF with a complete, unredacted copy of any Sublicense within thirty (30) days after its execution.
Copy of Sublicenses. Each Licensee will submit to Stanford a copy of each sublicense after it becomes effective, which copy may be redacted except as to matters directly pertinent to such Licensee’s obligations under this Agreement.
Copy of Sublicenses. HLBLS shall forward to UURF and SALARIUS a copy of any and all fully executed Sublicenses, and shall forward to SALARIUS annually a copy of such reports received by HLBLS from its Sublicensees during the preceding twelve (12) month period under the Sublicenses as shall be pertinent to a royalty accounting under said Sublicenses.

Fate may redact those portions of such sublicense(s) that are not necessary for Stanford to determine whether Fate is in compliance with its obligations under this Agreement. Each sublicense and any information provided by Fate to Stanford under this Article 4 shall be deemed to be Confidential Information of Fate.
Copy of Sublicenses. RUGA will submit to Stanford a copy of each sublicense.
Copy of Sublicenses. Annexon will submit to Stanford a copy of each Sublicense after it had been executed. Such Sublicense may be redacted to omit confidential information not necessary to establish compliance with this Agreement. Such Sublicense, and all information provided under Section 6.2 or Article 7 below, shall be held in confidence by Stanford and Stanford shall not disclose such agreement or information without Annexon’s consent. Beginning with the first Sublicense, the [***] will certify [***] regarding the name and number of sublicensees.
