Core Membership of the Programme Group. The membership of the Programme Group will be as follows: • GP Lead for Planned and Primary Care Programme (co-chair) • HVCCG Board GP for Planned and Primary Care • HVCCG Assistant Director for Health Integration • HVCCG Programme Director Planned Care and Primary Care • HVCCG Representation from Pharmacy Medicines Optimisation team • HCC Assistant Director for Health and Community Commissioning (co-chair) • HCC Operations Director for Older People and Physical Disabilities • HVCCG Nursing and Quality Team representative • HCC Public Health Commissioner • If any member is not able to attend they may nominate a suitable deputy to attend in his/her place to represent their area. • The meetings will be jointly chaired by Health and Social Care: for the CCG, the GP Lead for Planned and Primary Care Programme and for HCC the Assistant Director for Health and Community Commissioning. In the absence of either of the assigned Chairs, the Chairs will assign a Deputy and other members will be notified in advance of any meeting. • Each meeting will have 2 parts. Part 1 of the meeting will be commissioners only and part 2 will be open to all main providers.

  • Membership Benefits The benefits of CamCare programs are available only while your membership is current and active. Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period. Members have the ability to change their plan from one plan to another but the plans cannot be unbundled. Each plan has been designed carefully to include those elements associated with the main intent of a particular plan.

  • Dissolution and Winding Up of the Company Dissolution. The Company will be dissolved on the happening of any of the following events: Sale, transfer, or other disposition of all or substantially all of the property of the Company; The agreement of all of the Members; By operation of law; or The death, incompetence, expulsion, or bankruptcy of a Member, or the occurrence of any event that terminates the continued membership of a Member in the Company, unless there are then remaining at least the minimum number of Members required by law and all of the remaining Members, within 120 days after the date of the event, elect to continue the business of the Company.

  • Leave for Association Business The Hospital agrees to grant leaves of absence, without pay, to nurses selected by the Association to attend Association business including conferences, conventions and Provincial Committee meetings and to any nurse elected to the position of Local Co-ordinator. The cumulative total leave of absence, the amount of notice, the number of nurses that may be absent at any time from one area and the number of days (including those of the Local Co-ordinator) is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. During such leave of absence, a nurse's salary and applicable benefits or percentage in lieu of fringe benefits shall be maintained by the Hospital and the local Association agrees to reimburse the Hospital in the amount of the daily rate of the full-time nurse or in the amount of the full cost of such salary and percentage in lieu of fringe benefits of a part-time nurse except for Provincial Committee meetings which will be reimbursed by the Association. The Hospital will bill the local Association within a reasonable period of time. Part-time nurses will receive service and seniority credit for all leaves granted under this Article.

  • Ownership of Company Property The Company’s assets shall be deemed owned by the Company as an entity, and the Member shall have no ownership interest in such assets or any portion thereof. Title to any or all such Company assets may be held in the name of the Company, one or more nominees or in “street name”, as the Member may determine.

  • ARTISTES AND ATHLETES 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 14 and 15, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as an athlete, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other State.
