Core Values. The Employer’s Core Values apply to all interactions between the Employer and employees. If an employee believes that he or she has been treated in a way that is not consistent with these shared Core Values, the employee is expected to raise the concern in an appropriate way and may choose to file an integrity complaint. Should the concern not be resolved in the integrity process, a grievance may be filed, but may not be pursued to arbitration.
