Corn Merchandising Strategy. The parties will meet as needed to develop, monitor and revise HGF’s corn merchandising strategy, including the most efficient and effective ways to acquire the required quantities and qualities of corn from various sellers, such as the development of purchase contracts. SDWG will provide to HGF, upon request, the current position of all open corn contracts for the Ethanol Plants.

Corn Merchandising Strategy. The parties may meet as needed to develop, monitor and revise Lincolnway’s corn merchandising strategy, including the most efficient and effective ways to acquire the required quantities and qualities of corn from various sellers at the best possible prices, such as the development of purchase contracts. HOIC will provide Lincolnway on a daily basis the current position of all open contracts.
Corn Merchandising Strategy. The parties may meet as needed to develop, monitor and revise One Earth’s corn merchandising strategy, including the most efficient and effective ways to acquire the required quantities and qualities of corn, such as the development of purchase contracts. One Earth shall have sole authority to decide the Corn Merchandising Strategy and Alliance’s input shall be only advisory. Alliance will provide One Earth on a daily basis the current position of all open contracts.

  • Merchandising 15.01.   • Research Analyst Independence The Company acknowledges that the Underwriters’ research analysts and research departments are required to be independent from their respective investment banking divisions and are subject to certain regulations and internal policies, and that such Underwriters’ research analysts may hold views and make statements or investment recommendations and/or publish research reports with respect to the Company and/or the offering that differ from the views of their respective investment banking divisions. The Company hereby waives and releases, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any claims that the Company may have against the Underwriters with respect to any conflict of interest that may arise from the fact that the views expressed by their independent research analysts and research departments may be different from or inconsistent with the views or advice communicated to the Company by such Underwriters’ investment banking divisions. The Company acknowledges that each of the Underwriters is a full service securities firm and as such from time to time, subject to applicable securities laws, may effect transactions for its own account or the account of its customers and hold long or short positions in debt or equity securities of the companies that may be the subject of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Sales and Marketing Subdistributor shall market, promote, and solicit orders for the Products to prospective and existing Customers (excluding the Excluded Customers) consistent with good business practice and the highest professional standards in the industry, in each case using its best efforts to maximize Product sales volume in the Territory in accordance with Distributor’s Product marketing strategies, channel and pricing guidelines, and sales policies, and in a manner that reflects favorably at all times on the Products and the good name, goodwill, and reputation of Distributor;

  • Strategic Planning The Practice Advisory Council may make recommendations to the Practice concerning development of long-term strategic planning objectives for the Practice.
