Corporate Commitment. (i) The pricing, terms and conditions of the Master Agreement shall, at all times, be Supplier's primary contractual offering of Products and Services to Public Agencies. All of Supplier's direct and indirect marketing and sales efforts to Public Agencies shall demonstrate that the Master Agreement is Supplier's primary offering and not just one of Supplier's contract options.
