Mutual Commitments. 18 The parties to this Contract are mutually committed to the development of an efficient, cost 19 effective, integrated, person-centered, age specific recovery and resilience model approach to 20 the delivery of quality community behavioral health services. To that end, the parties are 21 mutually committed to maximizing the availability of resources to provide needed behavioral 22 health services in the Service Area, maximizing the portion of those resources used for the 23 provision of direct services and minimizing duplication of effort.
Mutual Commitments. Both parties will: ⮚ Be proactive and timely in communicating requests and responses to meet the Minister’s obligations to the Oireachtas or to inform responses to representations, media queries etc. This will be underpinned by a ‘no surprises’ approach to matters of mutual interest or concern. ⮚ Consult or (as applicable) inform each other in a timely manner regarding relevant strategic, policy and legislative issues of relevance to the Board’s functions. ⮚ Engage as appropriate on wider public service reform/ engagement initiatives.
Mutual Commitments. The Company agrees to make payment of all amounts due to me in accordance with the terms of the Plan and the elections I make herein. I agree to be bound by the terms of the Plan, as in effect on the date hereof or properly amended hereafter.
Mutual Commitments. CPCNH commits to promptly review the Member’s Electric Aggregation Plan to assess any impact on CPCNH’s provision of Services and to identify and recommend any prudent or necessary amendments. The Member commits to promptly consider adoption of any such amendments. During the term of this Contract, the Parties will coordinate on, and the Member may seek CPCNH’s advice regarding, any amendments to their Electric Aggregation Plan and shall strive to align any amendments thereto with the common interest and intent of this Contract, the underlying Services, and consistent with applicable statutes or regulations or with CPCNH’s provision of the Services.
Mutual Commitments. The Bank agrees to make payment of all amounts due the Executive in accordance with the terms of the Plan regarding the elections made by the Executive herein. The Executive agrees to be bound by the terms of the Plan, as in effect on the date hereof or properly amended hereafter.

Both parties agree to proactive and timely communications, cooperation and information on service delivery; • Both parties agree to consult and to keep each other fully appraised on all matters of mutual relevance, particularly in the context of the ISI’s function to contribute to the development of policy in the area of personal insolvency; • Both parties support the effective achievement of agreed targets, as well as the promotion of partnership, responsiveness and mutual co-operation in their ongoing interactions. The annual budgetary provision for the ISI will form part of the estimates for the Justice Vote and the requirements of the ISI will be considered in that context. The ISI will identify, based on its business plans, its budgetary requirements to the Department as part of the budget process. When the budget is settled, consideration may have to be given to the preparation and submission of a revised Business Plan.
Mutual Commitments. (a) During the period beginning on the Agreement Effective Date and ending on a Termination Date (as defined herein) (such period, the "Effective Period"), each of the Parties shall:
(i) support the Restructuring and the transactions contemplated by the Plan, and act in good faith and take all commercially reasonable actions necessary or appropriate to consummate the Restructuring and the transactions contemplated by the Plan, in a manner consistent with this Agreement;
(ii) negotiate in good faith and use commercially reasonable efforts to execute and deliver the Restructuring Documents and any other required agreements to effectuate and consummate the Restructuring as contemplated by this Agreement;
(iii) not directly or indirectly (A) object to, delay, impede, or take any other action to interfere with the acceptance, implementation, or consummation of the Restructuring or (B) propose, file, support, facilitate, negotiate, or vote for any restructuring, workout, plan of arrangement, or plan of reorganization for the Debtors other than the Restructuring;
(iv) to the extent any legal or structural impediment arises that would prevent, hinder, or delay the consummation of the Restructuring contemplated in this Agreement, support and take all steps reasonably necessary and desirable to address any such impediment;
(v) to the extent a Consenting Stakeholder is permitted to vote to accept or reject the Plan, vote each of its Claims against Aegean to accept the Plan by delivering its duly executed and completed ballot(s) accepting the Plan on a timely basis in accordance with section 4.01(b) hereof following the commencement of the solicitation and its actual receipt of the Solicitation Materials and ballot, and not change or withdraw (or cause to be changed or withdrawn) such vote;
(vi) object, in a reasonable manner, to any motion filed with the Bankruptcy Court by a third party seeking the entry of an order (i) directing the appointment of a trustee or examiner (with expanded powers beyond those set forth in sections 1106(a)(3) and (4) of the Bankruptcy Code), (ii) converting the Chapter 11 Cases to cases under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, or (iii) dismissing the Chapter 11 Cases;
(vii) object, in a reasonable manner, to any motion filed with the Bankruptcy Court by a third party seeking the entry of an order modifying or terminating Aegean's exclusive right to file and/or solicit acceptances of a plan of reorganization, as applicable;

These may include initiatives to develop enhanced capacity in the areas of data collection, analysis and exchange and to develop more robust, outcome-based performance metrics.
