CORRECTING ERROR IN OVERLOOKING MERIT INCREASE. Upon discovery that an employee who would otherwise have been recommended for a merit increase failed to receive such increase as the result of an oversight or system error, the Auditor-Controller shall compensate the employee for the additional pay he should have received dating from the first day of the pay period after which he would have satisfied the merit increase hours needed by adding said additional pay to the employee's next biweekly paycheck.
