Correcting Errors - Container Terminal Operators. 1. When a mistake is verified relating to an employee who has been placed on an order, which he/she should not be on, then the company will attempt to notify the employee, within the two (2) hour time frame during which orders are obtained and confirmed, that his/her order is cancelled. The company will also attempt to notify the employee, who should correctly be placed on the order within the same two (2) hour time frame, that he/she has an order. 2. When a mistake is verified relating to an employee, who is working on an order which he/she should not be on then the company will check him/her at the end of the period in which he/she is working, and: (a) the company shall contact the employee within the two (2) hour time frame during which orders are obtained and confirmed, who should correctly be working in the subsequent period: (b) the company shall order the employee, who should correctly be working in a period other than the subsequent period, in accordance with the regular ordering times. Any employee so checked in will be deemed to not have worked in the period in which he/she was incorrectly ordered. The company will be liable to any employee which they have not been able to contact as per 1 and 2 (a) above, within the aforementioned times.
