Correction of Firm Park Service Balance. (a) Not later than 1300 hours on each Day, Service Provider will notify User of its Firm Park Closing Balance by publishing the quantities on the CRS.
(b) If the Firm Park Closing Balance for User's account exceeds the Firm Park Service MDQ, the amount exceeding the Firm Park Service MDQ will be deemed to be an Imbalance and added to the Accumulated Imbalance.
