Firm Park Service definition

Firm Park Service means the temporary storage in the EGP of quantities of Gas received on or delivered from the Shipper’s account, where the Receipt Point and the Delivery Point are the same point on the EGP, subject to:
Firm Park Service means: (a) the delivery by Service Provider into the Firm Park Account at the Firm Park Delivery Point of the quantity of Gas nominated by User for delivery into the Firm Park Account under the Firm Park Service up to but not exceeding the Firm Park Service MDQ; (b) the storage of the Firm Park Closing Balance for User's account notionally, immediately downstream of the Moomba Gas Plant Receipt Point; and/or (c) the receipt by Service Provider from the Firm Park Account at the Firm Park Receipt Point of the quantities of Gas nominated by User for delivery to User under the Firm Park Service up to but not exceeding the Firm Park Closing Balance on the previous Day, except to the extent that such obligations or rights are expressly excluded under this Agreement.

  • On any Day during the Service Term of the Firm Park Service, User may require and Service Provider will provide the Firm Park Service to User, on and subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Firm Park Closing Balance for each Day during the Service Term of the Firm Park Service will be calculated as follows: where: Firm Park Allocated Delivery Quantity is the quantity of Gas that has been provided into the Firm Park Account on that Day, as determined under clause 15.8(a)(i); and Firm Park Allocated Receipt Quantity is the quantity of Gas that has been taken from the Firm Park Account on that Day, as determined under clause 15.8(a)(ii).

  • The Firm Park Opening Balance on each subsequent Day during the Service Term of the Firm Park Service will be equal to the Firm Park Closing Balance for the previous Day.
