Corrective Action for Attendance. In the event an employee’s attendance becomes a concern, the employee and the manager will meet together to discuss the circumstances surrounding the employee’s attendance prior to the start of the corrective action process, and after such discussion(s), they will develop an ongoing plan for improvement. Corrective action for attendance issues will be tracked separately from other corrective action.
