CORRECTIVE DOCUMENTS. The Awardee shall, within seven (7) days of a written request by RISE, execute any document(s) that RISE, in its sole discretion, determines should have been executed at or before the funding of this Award. Amendments to the provisions of the Agreement are required to be in writing and shall be executed by the authorized representatives of both parties.
