Corrective Work. Consultant shall complete all Services, including deliverables, as required in the SOW to Agency’s satisfaction. If Agency, using reasonable discretion, determines that the Services or associated deliverables, or both, are unacceptable, Agency shall notify Consultant in writing of the deficiency. Within 7 calendar days (unless a different timeframe is agreed to by the Parties) of receipt of the deficiency notification Consultant shall respond to Agency outlining how the deficiency shall be corrected. Consultant shall correct any deficiencies in the Services and deliverables to Agency’s satisfaction without further compensation. If resolution is not achieved, Agency may withhold other payments until deficiencies have been corrected to the standard of care for such Services or deliverables (see PA Part II, Section 6.a, Professional Standard of Care).
