Correspondence and Information. 8.01 Except where otherwise specified in this Agreement, correspondence between the Employer and the Union arising out of this Agreement or incidental to it shall pass between the Local Representative, PSAC Regional Representative and the Employer, or their designates. 8.02 It is the obligation of the Employee to maintain a current and correct address with the Employer and to advise the Employer of any change to his/her address. Where an Employee is on leave in accordance with the current collective agreement, the Employer shall forward any notice or other documentation related to the Employee to his/her last known address. 8.03 The Employer agrees to provide the Union the following information: (a) the names, titles, and correct contact information of all persons appointed to any joint committee formed in accordance with any of the clauses of this Collective Agreement; and (b) the names, titles and contact information of individuals appointed to senior administrative positions, including the Principal, the Vice-Principals, and the Xxxxxxx and Vice-Principal (Academic). 8.04 The Union agrees to provide the University the following information: (a) the names, titles, and contact information of all persons appointed or elected to positions in the Local Union and authorized to represent it in its relationship with the Employer; (b) the name and contact information of the PSAC Regional Representative; and (c) the names, titles, and contact information of all persons appointed to any joint committee formed in accordance with any of the clauses of this Collective Agreement.
