General Information for Contract Administration and Collective Bargaining. (a) The parties agree to exchange such information as is agreed from time to time to be necessary for the collective bargaining process and/or the administration of this Collective Agreement. This will not require either party to compile information and statistics or provide analysis of data in the form requested if such data are not already compiled in the form requested unless required under this Article. (b) The Employer agrees to make available to the Association as soon as available for release in non-confidential format: i) a copy of the University budget; ii) a copy of the annual audited financial statement of the University when approved by the Board of Governors; iii) the names of all persons appointed or elected to positions on the Board of Governors; iv) before September 30 each year, a list of courses (name and number) taught by anyone who is not a Member of NUFA; and v) before May 1 each year, the Record of EmployeesSalaries and Benefits that are paid $100,000 or more in a calendar year per the Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act (PSSDA), 1996, as amended 2004. (c) Before May 1 of each year, the Employer will make available to the Association a copy of the confidential contracts for each senior administrative position, including the President, all Vice-Presidents, and Deans of faculties, on the express understanding and agreement that the Association will keep all information related to these contracts strictly confidential and will not use or disclose any information contained therein for any purpose other than dealings directly between the Employer and the Association related to the Collective Agreement.

  • Contractor Certification for Contractor Employees Introduction Texas Education Code Chapter 22 requires entities that contract with school districts to provide services to obtain criminal history record information regarding covered employees. Contractors must certify to the district that they have complied. Covered employees with disqualifying criminal histories are prohibited from serving at a school district. Definitions: Covered employees: Employees of a contractor or subcontractor who have or will have continuing duties related to the service to be performed at the District and have or will have direct contact with students. The District will be the final arbiter of what constitutes direct contact with students. Disqualifying criminal history: Any conviction or other criminal history information designated by the District, or one of the following offenses, if at the time of the offense, the victim was under 18 or enrolled in a public school: (a) a felony offense under Title 5, Texas Penal Code; (b) an offense for which a defendant is required to register as a sex offender under Chapter 62, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure; or (c) an equivalent offense under federal law or the laws of another state. I certify that: NONE (Section A) of the employees of Contractor and any subcontractors are covered employees, as defined above. If this box is checked, I further certify that Contractor has taken precautions or imposed conditions to ensure that the employees of Contractor and any subcontractor will not become covered employees. Contractor will maintain these precautions or conditions throughout the time the contracted services are provided. OR SOME (Section B) or all of the employees of Contractor and any subcontractor are covered employees. If this box is checked, I further certify that: (1) Contractor has obtained all required criminal history record information regarding its covered employees. None of the covered employees has a disqualifying criminal history.

  • Function of Joint Health and Safety Committee All incidents involving aggression or violence shall be brought to the attention of the Joint Health and Safety Committee. The Employer agrees that the Joint Health and Safety Committee shall concern itself with all matters relating to violence to staff.

  • Contractor Certification Regarding Ethics The Contractor certifies that the Contractor is now, and shall remain, in compliance with Chapter 42.52 RCW, Ethics in Public Service, throughout the term of this Contract.

  • CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION & NOTICES Except for legal notices, the parties hereby designate the following contract administrators as the respective single points of contact for purposes of this Master Contract. Enterprise Services’ contract administrator shall provide Master Contract oversight. Contractor’s contract administrator shall be Contractor’s principal contact for business activities under this Master Contract. The parties may change contractor administrators by written notice as set forth below.   • Administration; Reports The Custodian shall, in general, attend to all non-discretionary details in connection with maintaining custody of the Receivable Files on behalf of the Trust Collateral Agent. In addition, the Custodian shall assist the Trust Collateral Agent generally in the preparation of any routine reports to Noteholders or to regulatory bodies, to the extent necessitated by the Custodian’s custody of the Receivable Files.

  • Project Administration Designation Pursuant to Paragraph (B) of Rule 164-1-21 of the Administrative Code, the Recipient shall designate its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Fiscal Officer and Project Manager in Appendix B of this Agreement. Changes in these designations must be made in writing.
