Common use of Correspondence Courses Clause in Contracts

Correspondence Courses. All SHU inmates will be permitted to enroll in approved correspondence courses at their own expense. DOCCS will give full consideration to requests to approve correspondence courses offered by accredited institutions of higher education that seek to provide SHU inmates with no-cost or low-cost post-secondary correspondence courses.
