Cost If No Services Rendered. If, after Innovatus notifies you of the recommended course of action for repair or exchange of the Defective Product, you request a return of the Defective Product and reject any service by Innovatus, you will be charged a $150.00 evaluation fee plus the applicable Loaner Fee for the use of the Loaner Unit: ($500.00 for MRI Coils and Standard Transducers, $750.00 for High End Transducers and Mechanical 3D/4D Transducers, $1250.00 for Philips X5-1 models and Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) Transducers, and $3500.00 for 3D/4D TEE Transducers). Additionally, if the Loaner Unit is not returned within seven (7) calendar days from the time Innovatus notifies you of the recommended course of action for repair or exchange of the Defective Product, Innovatus will add a charge to the existing purchase order number related to the Defective Product in an amount equal to the lesser of (x) $150.00 a day for the Loaner Unit until it is returned or (y) the full market value of the Loaner Unit.

  • Services Provided Subcontractor agrees to complete the following: _ (“Services”).

  • Services Rendered/Scope of Work The Contractor shall, in a satisfactory and proper manner as determined by the Authority, render the services described in Exhibit A, which is attached and made a part of this Agreement.

  • Reimbursement for Services Rendered If this Agreement is held to be invalid for any reason, and the PRACTICE is required to refund fees paid by You, You agree to pay the PRACTICE an amount equal to the fair market value of the medical services You received during the time period for which the refunded fees were paid.

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Additional Services Compensation Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.
