Loaner Unit definition

Loaner Unit or “Loaner Units” has the meaning assigned to it in clause (k) of the definition ofEligible Floor Plan Equipment”.
Loaner Unit a Loaner Unit of the components of the System that will be offered by iChrom to Customer in case repair of the customer’s component has to take place at an iChrom’s approved location. Such Loaner Unit is a functional unit that allows the customer to continue operation during the repair, at iChrom’s facility, of its original component. Preventive Maintenance Kit: a kit provided by iChrom for Customer, which contains all necessary parts to perform Preventive Maintenance on the Customer’s unit during a service visit. Preventive Maintenance Procedure: the document as provided by iChrom to Customer, containing the procedures with regard to Preventive Maintenance.

Examples of Loaner Unit in a sentence

  • If the Repair Services are being performed pursuant to Subsection 1(b)(ii) above, Customer shall pay ES&S for the use of the Loaner Unit at ES&S’ then-current rates including the cost of shipping.

  • Loaner Units may be provided as a convenience to customers who have already purchased a license for the Licensed Software contained on the Loaner Unit, and Your use of the Loaner Unit is limited to the same capacity and/or usage restrictions as apply to Your purchased license of the Licensed Software.

  • Your rights to use the applicable Evaluation Unit or Loaner Unit will be pursuant to the terms of Your executed evaluation or loan agreement.

  • In the event that any of the Loaner Units is lost, stolen, or for any reason not returned to FMSU within twenty (20) business days after the Required Return Date, the Customer shall immediately pay to FMSU an amount equal to the replacement value of each such Loaner Unit as reasonably determined by FMSU.

  • If the Remedial Maintenance Services are being performed pursuant to Subsection 2(c)(ii) above, Customer shall pay ES&S for the use of the Loaner Unit at ES&S’ then-current rates including the cost of shipping.

  • The Loaner Unit shall be provided to State or Authorized User at no charge unless the repair services for the original unit are being provided as a result of an act or omission by the State or Authorized User or as a result of a force majeure event as set forth in Section 38 of the Contract.

  • For example, if You purchase a license for the Veritas eDiscovery Platform Legal Hold Module for 10 Users, and You receive a Loaner Unit, Your use of the Loaner Unit is limited to 10 Users.

Related to Loaner Unit

  • General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.

  • Class A Unit means any Partnership Unit that is not specifically designated by the General Partner as being of another specified class of Partnership Units.

  • Service Unit means a standardized measure of consumption, use, generation, or discharge attributable to an individual unit of development calculated in accordance with generally accepted engineering or planning standards for a particular category of capital improvements.

  • Rental unit means a structure or part of a structure used as a home, residence, or sleeping unit by a single person or household unit, or any grounds, or other facilities or area promised for the use of a residential tenant and includes, but without limitation, apartment units, boarding houses, rooming houses, mobile home spaces, and single and 2-family dwellings.

  • Partnership Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder. The allocation of Partnership Units among the Partners shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Common Unit means a common unit representing a limited partner interest in the Partnership having the rights set forth in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Common Unit Economic Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(g) hereof.
