Cost of Connections and Alterations. OC shall pay for costs of disconnecting and hook-up of electrical, plumbing and gas connections. Charges for telephone and television hook-ups and antenna will be paid by OC. Costs for alterations to drapes and carpets shall also be paid by OC.
