Common use of Cost of Life Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Cost of Life Insurance Coverage. Employees eligible for the life insurance coverage described under Subsection 1.a. of this Article, above, who elect such coverage, shall pay to the City an amount equal to $.21 per month for each $1,000 of coverage in excess of $45,000. These payments shall be accomplished by periodic deductions from employees' biweekly paychecks. The City shall make all other necessary payments for the life insurance coverage described in Section 1. of this Article, above.

The City 1 shall make all other necessary payments for the life insurance coverage described in Section 2 Subsection 1. of this Article, above.
