Common use of Cost of Printing Clause in Contracts

Cost of Printing. The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and his/her rights and obligations under it. For this reason the Employer shall print, at a cost to be equally shared between the Union and the Employer, sufficient copies of the Agreement within thirty (30) day of signing.
