Cost of Tests. The Contractor shall bear the costs of any of the following tests: a) Those clearly intended by or provided for in the Contract Documents. b) Those involving load testing or tests to ensure that the design of the whole of the Works or any part of the Works is appropriate for the purpose which it was intended to fulfill.
