Cost Plus Fixed Fee Compensation. The Consultant will be paid monthly progress payments for satisfactory percent of completion for Work. Progress payments shall include all supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment or use thereof, taxes, and for all other necessary incidentals, but in no case shall the total progress payment(s) exceed the Work Order Price.
