Cost Reduction Proposal Preparation. The cost reduction proposal shall include the following: A list of the Contract requirements that must be changed if the cost reduction proposal is accepted, including any suggested revisions in the Contract language. An analysis of the difference between the existing Contract requirement(s) and the proposed requirement(s), the comparative advantages and disadvantages of each, and the effect of the proposed requirement will have on Contract performance. A detailed estimate of the amount of cost reduction that will result from implementing the cost reduction proposal.
