Common use of COSTS AND STAMP DUTY Clause in Contracts

COSTS AND STAMP DUTY. 16.1 Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses (including legal fees) incurred in connection with the preparation, negotiation, execution and performance of this Agreement and all documents incidental or relating to Completion. 16.2 All stamp duty (if any) payable in connection with the sale and purchase of the Sale Interests shall be borne by the Vendors and the Purchaser in equal shares.
