COSTS AND STAMP DUTY. Each party must bear its own costs arising out of the negotiation and preparation of this Agreement. All stamp duty chargeable on this Agreement, on any instrument executed under it, and in respect of any transaction evidenced by this Agreement shall be borne equally by the parties.
