COSTS AND STAMP DUTY. 16.1 Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each party shall bear its own costs and expenses incurred in relation to or in connection with the negotiation, preparation and execution of this Agreement. 16.2 The Purchaser shall bear all stamp duty chargeable on this Agreement and on the transfer of the Sale Shares.
