Common use of Costs for the Purpose of Clause Clause in Contracts

Costs for the Purpose of Clause. 18 In the event of the Employer invoking provisions of sub clause 4.36.5, for the purpose of executing and completing the Works and the remedying of any defects therein for the purpose of clause 18, the costs thereof will be determined by the EIC in consultation with the Employer and same shall form the cost of executing and completing same as incomplete obligation and liability of the Contractor and notice to that effect will be issued to the Contractor by the Engineer.
