Common use of Costs of Operation Clause in Contracts

Costs of Operation. LESSEE will pay all costs incurred in the operation of the Aircraft during the Lease Term, for profit or otherwise, including the costs of flight crews, cabin personnel, fuel, oil, lubricants, maintenance, insurance, storage, landing and navigation fees, airport charges, passenger service and any and all other expenses of any kind or nature, directly or indirectly, in connection with or related to the use, movement and operation of the Aircraft. The obligations, covenants and liabilities of LESSEE under this paragraph arising prior to return of the Aircraft to LESSOR will continue in full force and effect, notwithstanding the termination of this Lease or expiration of the Lease Term.
