Common use of Costs of the Examinations Clause in Contracts

Costs of the Examinations. The costs of the examinations shall be borne by the SBA. However, in order to remove any incentive for a Company to delay preparations for an examination, the SBA shall be reimbursed by the Company for any examination expenses incurred in addition to the usual and customary costs, which additional expenses were incurred as a result of the Company's failure, despite proper notice, to be prepared for the examination or as a result of a Company's failure to provide requested information. All requested information must be complete and accurate. The Company shall be notified of any administrative remedies which may be obtained under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
