Costs of Travel for Testing and Examinations. The NHL or any other Released Person will not be responsible for the costs of travel and/or lodging for any Testing Participant who lives within one hundred (100) miles of a Testing Neuropsychologist or referred neurologist, if any. If the closest available Testing Neuropsychologist or referred neurologist is located between one hundred (100) miles and one hundred and twenty-five (125) miles of the primary residence of the Testing Participant, the Testing Participant shall submit estimated transportation expenses to the Testing Administrator for pre-approval, and the NHL will pay any such reasonable transportation expenses actually incurred, not to exceed the amount pre- approved, for a Testing Participant only for travel to the location of the nearest-available Testing Neuropsychologist or referred neurologist, if any, from the primary residence of the Testing Participant and back to his primary residence. For clarity, the NHL or any other Released Person will not be responsible for the cost of lodging or other incidental costs in connection with such Testing or referred neurologist’s examination, if any. If a Testing Neuropsychologist or referred neurologist, if any, is only available more than one hundred and twenty-five (125) miles from the primary residence of the Testing Participant, the Testing Participant shall submit estimated transportation expenses to the Testing Administrator for pre-approval, and the NHL will pay any such reasonable expenses actually incurred, not to exceed the amount pre-approved, for a Testing Participant only for travel to, and one night’s lodging in, the location of the nearest-available Testing Neuropsychologist or referred neurologist, if any, from the primary residence of the Testing Participant and back to his primary residence. For clarity, the NHL or any other Released Person will not be responsible for other incidental costs in connection with such Testing or referred neurologist examination, if any. For purposes of this Section, all distances will be determined by the Testing Administrator using Google Maps for the shortest driving distance between the Testing Participant’s primary residence and the nearest office location of the Testing Neuropsychologist and/or referred neurologist, if any.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a. Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access.
