Common use of Costs Revised Timetable Clause in Contracts

Costs Revised Timetable. a. Costs Each Party shall bear its costs, if any, incurred as a consequence of the Force Majeure Event. b. Extension of time/period The Affected Party shall be granted by the other Party, extension of time specified in the Agreement for the performance of any obligation by such period not exceeding the period during which the relative performance was affected by the Force Majeure Event. Such extension may include extension of the Agreement Period by the Authority in appropriate cases if permissible under Applicable Law.
