Council Policies. a. Council Policy 100-06. Except as explicitly waived by City Council resolution, Xxxxxxx agrees to comply with Council Policy 100-06, which provides a set of uniform guidelines, conditions, and criteria governing the application for, and granting of, funds to private non-profit organizations for the purpose of supporting their community, social, environmental, cultural, or recreational needs which serve a lawful public purpose.
