Counselling Service Options. Local 416 members shall continue to have access to all internal EAP services as currently provided. In addition to the internal EAP services, the following external EAP services will also be provided: – individual, couple and family counselling, with associated referrals to community resources for specialized services; – legal advisory and financial advisory services; – after hours emergency services; – referrals arising from counselling will continue to be governed by the existing practice and benefit provisions of the Collective Agreement; – child care and elder care advisory services will be provided externally or internally based upon an assessment made by the selection panel; – career counselling services; – any enhancements or improvements mutually agreed to by the parties. The external provider(s) of the above services will be selected through the City’s RFP process. Members of the Joint Advisory Committee (minus the external provider(s)) will determine the content of the RFP and will act as the members of the selection panel.

  • Service Options The following features may be included with Customer Service. Description of Service feature herein in no way entitles customer to feature. Features described below may have additional cost associated with them.

  • Types of Services This Article governs the provision of internetwork facilities (i.e., physical interconnection services and facilities), meet point billing by GTE to DTI or by DTI to GTE and the transport and termination and billing of Local, IntraLATA Toll, optional EAS traffic and jointly provided Interexchange Carrier Access between GTE and DTI. The services and facilities described in this Article shall be referred to in this Article V as the "Services."

  • Coverage Options Eligible employees may select coverage under any one of the dental plans offered by the Employer, including health maintenance organization plans, the State Dental Plan, or other dental plans. Coverage offered through health maintenance organization plans is subject to change during the life of this Agreement upon action of the health maintenance organization and approval of the Employer after consultation with the Joint Labor/Management Committee on Health Plans. However, actuarial reductions in the level of HMO coverages effective during the term of this Agreement, including increases in copayments, require approval of the Joint Labor/Management Committee on Health Plans. Coverage offered through the State Dental Plan is determined by Section 7A2.

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • Employee Options There are two (2) options available to an employee who is otherwise eligible for disability insurance benefits which are as follows:

  • Licensor’s Option Licensor shall have the option, at Licensor’s sole discretion, to terminate this License at any time within three (3) years of the date of this Agreement upon written notice to Licensee. In the event that Licensor exercises this option, Licensor shall pay to Licensee a sum equal to Two Hundred Percent (200%) of the License Fee paid by Licensee. Upon Licensor’s exercise of the option, Licensee must immediately remove the New Song from any and all digital and physical distribution channels and must immediately cease access to any streams and/or downloads of the New Song by the general public.

  • Service Types Where you are funded for more than one service type under this Activity, and you have met the requirements within one of these service areas, you may shift all or part of any remaining funds to another service type you support under this Activity. You must advise us of resource attributions annually through the Activity Work Plan Report as detailed in Item E.

  • Particular Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services 1. Quality- and Cost-based Selection. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, consultants’ services shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Quality and Cost-based Selection.

  • Other Service Outages If there is a Service outage for any reason, such outage will prevent all Service, including 911 Dialing, from functioning. Such outages may occur for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, those reasons described elsewhere in this Agreement.
