Counterparts, Signature, and Originals and Copies. The agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original and all of which, when taken together, will constitute one and the same document. Signatures by hand or electronic signatures constitute the explicit and valid acceptance thereof (for electronic signatures i.e. Docusign, PandaDoc, AdobeSign, etc.). Facsimile, digitally scanned, or other similar copies of signatures will be valid and binding as originals. Delivery of an executed copy by facsimile, email, or other reliable electronic means is as effective for all purposes as a physical delivery of an original.

Counterparts, Signature, and Originals and Copies. The agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original and all of which, when taken together, will constitute one and the same document. This Data Protection Addendum (“Addendum”), dated as of the Effective Date, forms part of the Everest Group Event Sponsorship Terms (the “Terms”) between the Sponsor and the Everest Group. The terms used in this Addendum will have the meanings set forth in this Addendum. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein will have the meaning given to them in the Terms. Categories of Personal Data: Name, company, job function / title, email address, mailing address, and similar contact information.   • Counterparts; Originals The parties may sign any number of copies of this Supplemental Indenture. Each signed copy shall be an original, but all of them together represent the same agreement.
