Counterparts; Uniform Commercial Code. This Lease and each Lease Supplement may be executed by the parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same instrument. To the extent, if any, that this Lease constitutes chattel paper (as such term is defined in the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in any applicable jurisdiction), no security interest in this Lease may be created through the transfer or possession of any counterpart hereof other than the original executed counterpart which shall be identified as the counterpart containing the receipt therefor executed by Indenture Trustee on the signature page thereof.

Each counterpart of this Charter which has been executed by the parties hereto shall be prominently marked to identify the party to whom originally delivered. If this Charter constitutes chattel paper (as such term is defined in the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in any applicable jurisdiction), a security interest in this Charter may be created only by the transfer or possession of the counterpart marked "Owner's Copy" and containing a receipt therefor executed by the Owner on or immediately following the signature page thereof and, in addition, the Owner may file Uniform Commercial Code Financing Statements in any relevant jurisdiction.
