Common use of Country Club Membership Clause in Contracts

Country Club Membership. Payment in full of membership fees and dues to a country club of the Employee's choice in the area of his employment together with payment or reimbursement of all charges incurred at such club relating to entertainment of business guests. Upon termination of this Agreement under Section 4.1, 4.2 or 4.6 hereof, such country club membership shall be transferred to Employee without further consideration.
