Country Limitation Schedule. Unless otherwise informed in writing by Lender or Ex-Im Bank, Borrower shall be entitled to rely on the last copy of the Country Limitation Schedule distributed from Lender to Borrower.

Country Limitation Schedule. Lender shall send a copy of each updated Country Limitation Schedule to each Borrower within ten (10) Business Days after receiving such updated Country Limitation Schedule from Ex-Im Bank. Until an updated Country Limitation Schedule is received by Lender, Lender shall be entitled to rely on the Country Limitation Schedule previously delivered to Lender.
