County Compliance. No more than 25% of units in a building or complex of buildings is encouraged for Individuals with SPMI referred by the state, its contractors, or its subcontractors. County or subcontractor shall make good faith, reasonable best efforts to facilitate the use of those units by persons with SPMI. The remaining housing is available to all tenants, in conformance with Fair Housing and other related laws.
