General Overview This is an SLA between the Customer and UNM IT to document the provision of: The Department Web Hosting service; The general levels of response, availability, and maintenance associated with these services; The responsibilities of UNM IT as a provider of these services; The responsibilities of the Customers and Web Admins and Developers (Users) receiving these service; The financial arrangements associated with the service. Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.
County Project Manager The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison with Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor.
