Common use of County Obligation Clause in Contracts

County Obligation. Xxxxxx agrees at the expiration of the term of this Lease, or upon early termination for any reason, to quit and surrender said Premises to Lessor in good condition except for reasonable wear and tear and damage by the elements or acts of God. Xxxxxx further agrees to remove any and all signs that have been placed on said Premises by Xxxxxx and to repair and restore the Premises to same condition prior to the placement of the signs except for reasonable wear and tear and damage by the elements or acts of God. At any time after 30 days prior to the termination of the Lease, Lessor shall be permitted to place any usual or ordinary “To or “To Lease”, or “For Sale“ signs on the Premises. 14 LD 34 - 13 As Lessee - 562 Xxxxxxxx
