CMHRC is a 68-bed Mental Health Rehabilitation Center. The Center offers evaluation, treatment and psychosocial rehabilitation. The average length of stay is nine months, though some clients may stay one year or more. Special emphasis is placed on addressing problems that interfered with the clients’ ability to live in the community. Current names and telephone numbers of all persons referred to in this document are listed in Attachment 3.

  • COUNTY RIGHTS a. All County rights and functions, except those which are expressly abridged by this Agreement, shall remain vested with the County.

  • Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Venue This Agreement and all acts and transactions hereunder and all rights and obligations of Silicon and Borrower shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. As a material part of the consideration to Silicon to enter into this Agreement, Borrower (i) agrees that all actions and proceedings relating directly or indirectly to this Agreement shall, at Silicon's option, be litigated in courts located within California, and that the exclusive venue therefor shall be Santa Xxxxx County; (ii) consents to the jurisdiction and venue of any such court and consents to service of process in any such action or proceeding by personal delivery or any other method permitted by law; and (iii) waives any and all rights Borrower may have to object to the jurisdiction of any such court, or to transfer or change the venue of any such action or proceeding.

  • Jurisdiction of Courts Québec hereby appoints the person from time to time who holds the position of Delegate General of Québec in New York, Xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, 00xx xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000-0000, as its authorized agent (the “Authorized Agent”) upon whom process may be served in any action by any Underwriter, or by any person controlling such Underwriter, and based upon this Agreement which may be instituted in any State or Federal court in The City of New York, and expressly accepts the non-exclusive jurisdiction of any such court in respect of such action. Québec hereby irrevocably waives any immunity to service of process in respect of any such action to which the Authorized Agent might otherwise be entitled. Québec hereby waives, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any immunity to jurisdiction to which it might otherwise be entitled in any action based on this Agreement which may be instituted as provided in this Section in any State or Federal court in The City of New York or in any competent court in Québec.
