County Payment Timing. The Company may invoice the County for the Year 1 County Payment no earlier than July 1 of the first calendar year that begins after the First Date of Operations. By way of example, if the First Date of Operations is determined to be June 1, 2017, the earliest that the Company could invoice the County for the Year 1 County Payment would be July 1, 2018.
