County’s Cooperation. In performing its functions hereunder, County shall act diligently and in good faith and shall cooperate fully with Project Manager in all matters relating to the Project. County shall act as expeditiously as possible on all requests by Project Manager for approval and execution of any contract, agreement or other document pertaining to the Project. In exercising its rights of approval, County shall act reasonably and in good faith.
