Coupon Payment. The Debtors shall certify 30 days prior to the initial due date (without grace) of each coupon payment on the New Notes that funds necessary to pay the coupon payment have been placed in escrow on terms identical to those for the coupon required to be escrowed at the time of the Exchange Offer.

Coupon Payment. Any coupon payment received should be characterised as ordinary income and should be included in the Investor’s assessable income in the income year it is received by an Investor.
Coupon Payment. On each Valuation Date, the Calculation Agent shall determine the Valuation Stock Price for each Stock. The Cumulative Price Return for each Stock, the Stock Performance for each Stock and the Coupon Rate will then be calculated. If the Coupon Payment is determined to be zero or a negative number, then there shall be no payment made on such Coupon Payment Date.

  • Non-Payment The Borrower or any other Loan Party fails to pay (i) when and as required to be paid herein, any amount of principal of any Loan or any L/C Obligation, or (ii) within three days after the same becomes due, any interest on any Loan or on any L/C Obligation, or any fee due hereunder, or (iii) within five days after the same becomes due, any other amount payable hereunder or under any other Loan Document; or

  • Down Payment The Mortgagor has contributed at least 5% of the purchase price for the Mortgaged Property with his/her own funds.

  • Contribution Payment To the extent the indemnification provided for under any provision of this Agreement is determined (in the manner hereinabove provided) not to be permitted under applicable law, the Company, in lieu of indemnifying Indemnitee, shall, to the extent permitted by law, contribute to the amount of any and all Indemnifiable Liabilities incurred or paid by Indemnitee for which such indemnification is not permitted.   • Interest on Payments Any payment by the Receiver pursuant to Section 2.6(d) shall be made together with interest on the amount thereof that accrues with effect from five (5) Business Days after the date on which payment was agreed or determined to be due until such amount is paid. The annual interest rate shall be determined by the Receiver based on the coupon equivalent of the three (3)-month U.S. Treasury Xxxx Rate in effect as of the first Business Day of each Calendar Quarter during which such interest accrues as reported in the Federal Reserve Board Statistical Release for Selected Interest Rates H.15 opposite the caption “Treasury bills (secondary market), 3-Month” or, if not so reported for such day, for the next preceding Business Day for which such rate was so reported.
