Common use of Court Call-Back Clause in Contracts

Court Call-Back. ‌ 14.2.1 Effective the pay period following Board of Supervisors’ approval of this Agreement, employees, as defined in (14.1) above, required to report to court outside of their regular work schedule who do report to court shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay or compensatory time off, at the overtime rate (time and one-half), at the employee’s option, or shall be paid for all time worked at the appropriate rate, whichever is higher, for any period of time actually spent in court from portal to portal.
