Court Proceedings During Vacation. Where an Employee attends as a witness before the proceedings of the Association of Registered Nurses of PEI, or before a Court hearing related to her/his employment during a period of vacation, that time shall be considered time worked. At the Employee’s request, that period of vacation may be cancelled and rescheduled at a time mutually agreed.
