Court Standby. Off-duty employees who are placed on approved telephone standby for a court/hearing appearance shall receive a lump sum of $200.00 per day. If an employee on telephone standby is instructed to appear in person at a time consecutive to the standby, the employee will be paid at the employee’s contractual overtime rate from the time standby began until the appearance has concluded.
