Covenant not to Perform Services for Customer or Account. Executive covenants, acknowledges and agrees that for a period of 12 months following a Covered Termination, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, on his/her own behalf or in the service or on behalf of others, whether as a consultant, independent contractor, employee, owner, partner, joint venturer or otherwise, perform services the same or similar to those which Executive performed for the Company or any subsidiary of the Company for any Customer or Account of the Company or its subsidiaries.
